St. Petersburg, Florida: On April 17, a 55-year-old nurse attacked an Uber driver by scratching, choking and biting her. Michael Hussey Jr., 22, responded to a drive-by request in front of the Cask Community Kitchen in Tampa around 5 p.m. the incident happened.

Stilwell stepped forward from the back passenger seat and wrapped both arms around the driver's neck, yelling, "Girl!" He turned back and tried to escape, but the nurse crawled forward, biting him "deeply" and scratching his chest.
"He continued to bite, choke and claw at the victim who was unable to defend himself," police said in an arrest report.
"I let it happen. I didn't put my hands on it because I have two younger sisters and I was raised to never put a hand on a woman," Hussey said.
An Uber spokesperson said in a statement: "What has been reported is unfortunate. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated on the Uber app, and we immediately removed the driver's access as soon as it was reported to us."

Benjamin Golden, who led Taco Bell's mobile business and innovation, lost his position at the company after a video of an Uber driver went viral, according to his online bio.
"Given the man's behavior, it is clear that he cannot continue to work for us," Taco Bell said in an emailed statement to CNBC. "We also suggested and encouraged him to seek professional help."
CNBC reached out to Golden, 32, by email and phone, but did not receive a response. His LinkedIn account is no longer available and his Twitter account has been blocked from public view.
According to his biography, Golden was a "seven-year veteran of Yum Brands," the parent company of Taco Bell. Gold is also described in his bio as a "Southerner who loves chili juleps and horse racing."

In the video, a police officer identified as Golden gives driver Edward Caban an Uber ride in Costa Mesa, California on Friday.
In a dashcam video posted by the complainant on YouTube, the driver is seen repeatedly asking Golden for directions, who appears to be drunk and unable to give clear directions as to where he is going. Aban, 23, eventually turned on the dash cam to point to the back seat. . As he turns around in his car, Golden is seen rolling over on his side.
"You're too drunk to give me directions," Caban can be heard saying in the video after the car pulls over. "I'm taking you out, man."

After arguing with Caban, Golden opened the car door, but then suddenly leaned over and said, "Let me tell you something, a little [break]."

Costa Mesa police told NBC4 in Los Angeles that Golden was vomiting pepper spray when he arrived at the scene. He was arrested and charged with assault and public intoxication, NBC4 reported.
