Uber Driver Assault - A man has been sentenced to four years in prison and 10 years of supervised release for attempting to sexually assault an Uber driver in Colorado Springs.
The crime took place on September 10. Raydrian Scott, 22, was arrested two days later. During the detention, the victim's vehicle was still in his possession.

Lorraine, whose last name is withheld to protect her, told 11 News that she was brutally beaten during the attack.

"He grabbed my lip/he punched me in the mouth/he pulled his tooth and twisted it/sliced leather like a boxer/everyone tells me my ear is really swollen," Lorraine said as she showed us her bruises.
"I think first of all the first attack has to be rape - because it was very personal and I'm going to leave it," Lorraine said.
The attacker also cut her. She has five or six stitches near her right eye. After the attack, she stayed in the hospital for more than seven hours, during which she resisted. She didn't bow her head.
It was 4 a.m. when the man called an Uber on Dale Street near downtown Colorado Springs.

"We waited for about 10 minutes; His brother never came out and I said, 'Look, we either have to go or you have to cancel and get another Uber.' He said, 'I have a brother,' and I turned to see -- that's when he hit me first. ,” Lorraine said.
Scott was wanted for failing to register as a sex offender when he attacked an Uber driver in September.
Scott was also convicted of robbery in the same case. The sentences for robbery and sexual assault are served consecutively.
